The Summer School will take place online over the course of 2 afternoons on Thursday 8 September and Friday 9 September (between 16:00 – 19:00 CEST each day).

This year the Summer School focuses on:
• Day 1: The future of the European Code Against Cancer and your role in it
• Day 2: Communicating prevention messages, EU cancer policy and the new Strategy for the ECL YAs programme 2023-2028

The registration for the Cancer Core Europe (CCE) Summer School in Translational Cancer Research, taking place in Algarve, Portugal, October 16-22, 2022 – is now open.

The course is hosted by CCE and the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), organized by the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) Heidelberg, and supported by the German Cancer Consortium (DKTK) as well as others. The Innovative Partnership for Action Against Cancer (iPAAC)’s WP5 webinar will take place on 30 November 2021 at 4 PM (CET).

Scope of the webinar: It is the occasion to take a look at opportunities and challenges of cancer prevention, based on the findings of the iPAAC Joint Action report and meetings.

    Launch of the 2nd part of the CPE multilingual on-line learning programme on cancer prevention at the 14th European Public Health conference

    On the 11th November 2021, CPE launches at the 14th European Public Health conference the second set of modules of the multilingual online learning programme on cancer prevention.

    These 2-hours course consists on 12 self-paced modules on the “Latest evidence, myths and controversies” on primary and secondary prevention of cancer, and complements the first set of 13 modules on the European Code against Cancer (3-hours course) launched in April 2021.
